Life Is Sweet got lost in the Zenyatta shuffle and this John Shirreffs trained mare seemed to lose interest chasing her stablemate around the track. Quite frankly, who wouldn't have? After her runner-up try to Zenyatta in the Grade II Milady at Hollywood Park she seemed to stop trying. However the daughter of Storm Cat answered all questions last time when she was visually impressive destroying the Breeders' Cup Lady's Classic field here at Oak Tree last November.

LIfe is Sweet seems unbeatable. But If one horse is to do it, I think it is Diamondrella. Seems to me it was insanity to send the horse against the boys in the BC. Get a coupe of good fillies and all of a sudden every owner of a halfway decent filly thinks their horse will beat the boys. Well I`m thinking the shock has worn off Diamondrella since her last was improved and might have her confidence back. Longer distance ,but I like the faster workout for the coming race. Another downer is the Jock is 0 for 15. But it won`t surprise me if the horse fills the Exotics |
