Noel Michaels

Noel Michaels has been involved in virtually every aspect of Thoroughbred racing throughout the last two decades. A graduate of the Racetrack Industry Program at the University of Arizona, Noel worked at Delaware Park in the early 1990's before becoming the youngest full time handicapper ever to be hired in the 100-year history of the Daily Racing Form in 1993 at the age of 23. He went on to enjoy a 12-year association with "America's Turf Authority" where he also held the positions of sports and gaming reporter and Internet editor before departing the Form in 2005 to become the house handicapper and director of player development for Nassau County Off-Track Betting in New York.

Paul Lambrakis has been a professional handicapper for over 25 years and has been the senior staff handicapper at Santa Anita since 1997. Paul also hosts the daily Newcomer's Seminar at Santa Anita on weekdays and holidays. Paul is also part of Today's Racing Digest's stable of handicappers and puts out a daily analysis using an "old school" approach that uncovers nuances and angles that go unnoticed by most. Greg Melikov

Greg Melikov has been handicapping and writing about horses for decades. He was known as Gulfstream Greg in the mid-1990s when he wrote a racing column for The Miami Herald, where he was an editor and writer on the news side from 1965 to 2000. His freelance articles and columns appear in print and on the Internet globally. Greg became a thoroughbred fan at 13 when his dad took him to old Arlington Park where he saw 1948 Triple Crown winner Citation defeat 20 older horses.

Don Stevens

From high atop Delta Downs Racetrack Casino and Hotel, veteran track announcer Don Stevens brings the racing action to life for fans watching via simulcast from coast to coast, and for those folks attending the races live in Vinton, Louisiana each evening.

Stevens' enthusiasm for racing dates back to 1977, when he attended his first live horse race at Longacres in Renton, Washington. Although the historic racetrack no longer exists, Stevens' love for the sport runs deeper and stronger than ever.

After graduating high school in 1981, Stevens' attended Art Instruction Schools in Minneapolis, Minn. and earned a diploma in commercial art. He would later gain diplomas from the John Brooks Broadcasting School and the Oklahoma Auctioneering Academy.

Before joining Remington Park as a backup track announcer in 1995, Stevens worked in radio and spent several years with the Hertz Corporation as a group sales representative.

During his time at Remington Park, Stevens held such positions as Equibase chart caller, tip sheet author, assistant media relations director, on-air personality, as well as host and producer of The Remington Report television show.

In 1999, Stevens was given the job of fulltime announcer at Remington Park. Those duties continued at the Oklahoma racetrack until November, 2003, when he accepted the same position at Delta Downs.

Don's exciting race calls, combined with his handicapping prowess, make an enjoyable night at the races a sure thing for all in attendance.

Bruno De Julio is the Workout and Race Analyst of Today's Racing Digest. He has been since February of 1992. He is a contributor to Inside Racing radio show, hosted by Jason Levin. Donald Harris

Harris also clocks the morning scene summers at Del Mar. Former association clocker for Del Mar, Hollywood Park and Fairplex, timing the official morning workouts for those tracks. An experienced eye at the Thoroughred sales as well, putting his watch on future prospects in California, Florida and Maryland.
