Case The Race - Handicapping data and information

April 16, Saturday

Have handicapped all the races to stay on the grass. Fingers crossed the weather report is accurate. Chance of light rain should not impact the grass races. The race I chose to spotlight for Saturday is Race #6.
LIFE’S MEASURE makes her returns to the races off a mini vacation for trainer Carlos Martin. When last seen in early February this girl was getting the best over today’s morning line favorite Hot Danger. It is important to note that Hot Danger did not get a good trip in that February 11th race. Nonetheless, Life’s Measure was able to be over four lengths clear of Hot Danger in that race. Carlos Martin has proven to be very successful with these kind of layoff runners. Believe the morning line of 5-1 represents intriguing value.
TRIP NOTES from yesterday: Highlighted runner Fastish did not run a step. There was no excuse. She never put herself in the race. The three main rivals mentioned finished first, second and third. Opportunity was there but the horse of my choice did not fire.
