The talented gelding returns in a painfully tough spot off a brief pattern of drills. The morning line price is attractive. This is the tough part of the game. Deciding on when it is time to make a serious gamble. I do not think tomorrow is the right time. Yankee would have to beat the super speedy Truest Legend. I can't see that happening just yet. So I can't plan on making a significant gamble on Yankee. I will be keeping a close eye on the board. If Yankee drifts up to the $20 win range then I will place a small hedge wager on the win end. I will also be eyeing the exotic wagers. My key on the win end will be the deserving favorite Truest Legend. Yankee Station, Italian Rules, and Details R Sketchy will all be used in the second slot. Italian Rules turned in a big five furlong drill on June 20th. I have received solid info on Details R Sketchy from Toby. He is breezing like a horse ready to step up. Will save the majority of my bankroll for another day.
