Young Paris trained by Jerry Hollendorfer is my top pick. She is always close with 3 wins and 2 second place finishes out of 5 races. Trapper's Bounty is the speed of this race and may be able to steal it if no one runs with her early. You must respect Morey Jr as he doesn't run many horses but has a nice win percentage. Last out she had the lead on the inside and was somewhat stuck before fading. The inside was not the spot to be that day, so in today's race the outside post may make the difference. Moon Quist Rose with leading rider Baze aboard rounds out my top 3. She may be better with turf routes, but she has shown speed, her figures have been improving, and she is now cutting back to 6 furlongs.
