By #7 – Commentator #1 – Smooth Air #6 – Dry Martini #4 – Macho Again With a short field anyone of these could win the race if the race sets up right for them, there are no clear discards in this field. The track Bias so far for the route races has favored Early Speed & Stalkers, but now that the track has finally dried out that might change at any time. The question is has the good old boy COMMENTATOR lost a step over the past year? COMMENTATOR {working well on main track, horse for the course} is the only true early speed in the race and will try to control the pace and if he is left alone on the front end the race could be over. If TIZWAY {stepping up in class} puts any pressure on COMMENTATOR look for mid-pack runner SMOOTH AIR {in the money 14 out of 16} to take his shot at the leaders mid-turn, and that will open the race up for MACHO AGAIN {runs well on the track} & DRY MARTINI {bullet work} to make late runs. ---- Provided by Saratoga Green - http://www.saratogagreen.com/ |
