For the rest of the Saratoga Meet we introduce Rush. Rush brings over 3 decades of handicapping expertise to selections. From a horse race heritage, Rush's first formal entry into the industry was as a business advisor to a large owner, breeder and track president. With a background in business and computer science, Rush has developed proprietary solutions to many handicapping challenges. Rush uses the modern handicapping techniques of pace, variants, speed and class. Beyond the traditional approach, Rush uses certain pioneering techniques in a closed loop system which brings continual refinement to the selection process.
