A field of six will head to the gate on Saturday in the Jennings Handicap at Laurel Park, including last year's winner #1 Broadway Producer (7/5). Note, however, that this year the Jennings has been extended from 8.5 furlongs to a full 9 furlong distance.
Looking over the field, not a lot of speed has signed on, which might hurt the chances of off-the-pace types like #4 Regal Solo (7/2)...

| | I like a horse that offers a little value here, #6 Target Sighted. Underneath I like Sarto to hang on (provided he's part of the pace), with Regal Solo flying late to grabe a slice as well. I'll probably use Broadway Producer underneath on my tickets even though he's not listed in my top 3. I'm just not interested in playing him to win at 7/5.
